We utilize the methods for evaluating delays and determining damages and to maintain constant coordination with effective monitoring of all aspects including Functional efficacy, Costs Control, Quality and Schedules of works etc. The requirements of the Client, though forms the primary Objective of the Project, seldom got attention it deserved.
